Following the assignment, we will place a prominent billboard on the property (optional). We take professional photographs of all spaces. We capture the areas and design an illustrative brochure of floor plans and the property as a whole. We create professional listings posted in printed and electronic media of high readership (local and national). We continually monitor the performance of each ad by investing in more efficient and appropriate forms of advertising. We maintain and renew continuously, based on interested parties(for buying and renting), to whom we promote the property directly.

VIEWINGS

Following our assessment of potential buyers/tenants (based on your criteria), we are available to show the property 7 days a week. We contact interested parties following the viewing to receive feedback and constructive comments. We calculate interest and maintain regular contact.

UPDATE

Each time something happens regarding your property (new interest, new viewings, quotes, etc.) you get immediate feedback in the way you have chosen (phone, post, e-mail, etc.). We keep a record of every detail, creating a history of the property, which we forward to you each month along with possible suggestions.

NEGOTIATION

Every time interest is expressed or an offer on your property is submitted, we negotiate on your behalf and in accordance to your requirements, sale or rental. We will be paid in full only once your property has been rented or sold, at a price equal to or greater than our lowest estimated value. Therefore, we are highly motivated to accomplish what we promised.

From the moment we are assigned your property and following the sale or rental of it, we will be by your side and contactable even outside office hours.
