Pricing percentage is subject to change and is agreed on depending on each property's characteristics and potential. AK Homes earns from 20% up to 25% on every booking.

Specifications:
According to the new regulations for short-term lease we handle the issue of the Property Registration Number and all the accounting on behalf of our clients. If your property's pricing is up to 160€/day, we require 25% of each booking.  

For a property priced at more than 160€/day, we only charge 20%.

All the above does not apply to homeowners who want to use our services for short-term periods or for seasonal occasions for which other charges may apply.
